Check both the enterprise and the investment
Eligibility can depend on the applicant, economic activity, location, equipment and the specific call. The maximum eligible expenditure and the resulting contribution are different amounts. A unit-cost limit is a calculation ceiling, not a promise that every supplier price will be reimbursed.
Read the applicable support intensity, expenditure rules and restrictions together. Do not apply a household grant to business premises or mix gross and net prices when comparing the investment.
Prepare a project without assuming an award
Gather consumption data, building rights, connection information, a consistent technical scope and itemised quotations. Establish which steps can be taken before application or approval under the actual call. Application documents and reimbursement evidence serve different purposes.
Use a budget that remains viable without an unconfirmed contribution. Record the version and date of the rules behind each funding scenario and confirm application availability through the programme itself.
