ZSE is a brand used for supply and related services. For PV, check the actual contracting company and package. Installing panels, supplying electricity, maintenance and surplus settlement are separate services. This profile is not an independent recommendation or a rating of installation crews.
Read the package and contracts separately
Identify exact equipment, mounting, electrical changes, inspection, connection administration and handover. Confirm which company invoices the work and whether subcontractors perform it. Check the gross price and any support assumptions.
If a package includes a supplier service or instalment plan, obtain the corresponding fees, duration, termination terms and total payable amount. A low monthly figure may include a different scope from a cash equipment price.
Check operation and aftercare
Confirm who receives fault reports and warranty claims, the service commitment and access to monitoring. An electricity-supply brand does not automatically make every service part of one contract.
For a virtual battery or surplus product, read the valuation and billing cycle independently of the hardware offer. Such a service does not provide physical storage or outage backup.
