Solar wall, fence and gutter lights
Sources checked
Choose the position for illumination and the position for charging separately. A useful light under an overhang may leave its panel shaded. A wall-mounted design does not prove suitability for every fence, gutter or fixing surface.
Match mounting and exposure
Read the exact attachment method, included parts, substrate requirements and environmental limits. Confirm whether the panel is integrated or separate. Do not assume an improvised fixing is equivalent to the documented installation.
Check the intended beam, mounting height and glare near windows or neighbouring property. For a sensor model, detection coverage is another requirement.
Confirm practical charging and service
Assess shade through the season and the available route if the panel has a separate cable. Verify runtime in the selected mode and the conditions behind advertised figures.
After installation, test illumination and detection where applicable. Keep the product details for battery replacement and service; the outdoor rating does not, by itself, establish winter energy autonomy.
